Report a reaction or product concern.

Stop using the product if you experience irritation or another unexpected reaction. For a medical emergency, call 911. To report a product reaction, contamination concern, or packaging defect, email hello@burnishandbloom.com with:

• the scent and formula name;
• the lot or batch code printed on the package;
• the purchase date and order number, if available;
• what happened, when it began, and whether medical care was needed; and
• the best way to contact you for follow-up.
