Returns & refunds.

Unopened, unused oils may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Clear conditions, no surprises.

The policy

Burnish & Bloom accepts eligible returns requested within 30 days of delivery. To protect product quality and customer safety, body oils must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and have any protective seal intact.

Opened or used body oils cannot be returned because they are personal-care products. This does not limit our responsibility for an item that arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or different from what you ordered.

How to start a return

  1. Email hello@burnishandbloom.com with your order number in the subject line.
  2. We'll reply within one business day with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Pack the unopened product securely in its original packaging. You are responsible for return postage and should use a trackable USPS service.
  4. Send the package within 14 days of receiving return authorization.
  5. After the return arrives and passes inspection, we issue the eligible refund within 5 to 7 business days.

What's refunded

Eligible returns receive the purchase price and applicable sales tax back to the original payment method. Original shipping charges and return postage are not refundable unless the return is caused by our error or the product arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your unopened product is eligible, return it for a refund and place a new order for the formula, scent, or size you prefer.

Defective or damaged items

If a bottle arrives broken, leaking, defective, or different from what you ordered, email your order number and clear photos to hello@burnishandbloom.com within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. We will tell you whether the item needs to be returned.

Allergic reactions

If you experience an unexpected reaction, stop using the product and contact us promptly. Opened products are not normally returnable, but we review reported reactions individually and may request photos or other order details before offering an appropriate resolution.
