Each formula is engineered for a specific skin type (Bare for oily, Golden for normal, Midnight for dry) rather than one universal blend. Yes to both. Every ingredient is plant-derived. No animal testing at any point in the supply chain, including by ingredient suppliers. Fragrance components are synthetic or plant-derived only.

Preservatives exist to stop microbial growth in water-containing formulas. Burnish & Bloom oils are anhydrous (water-free), so microbial growth has no medium to occur in. Vitamin E is included as a natural antioxidant to prevent oxidative rancidity of the oils themselves.

Pick your scent first — every scent comes in all three formulas. Then match the formula to your skin type: Bare for oily or combination skin, Golden for normal skin, Midnight for dry or sensitive. The Find Your Oil page has a side-by-side comparison of the formulas.

Not these. All three formulas avoid known comedogenic ingredients (no coconut oil, no cocoa butter). Bare is non-comedogenic on the standard 0◇5 comedogenicity scale across all listed ingredients.

Midnight is the formula built specifically for dry and sensitive skin. If you have known sensitivities to fragrance components or essential oils, patch test on the inner forearm 24 hours before full application.

These are formulated for the body, not the face. Facial skin has different sebum dynamics and the fragrance load may be too high for facial use. We recommend reserving these for neck-down application.

Bare absorbs in under 60 seconds. Golden takes about 90 seconds. Midnight, the richest formula, takes 2 to 4 minutes.

With daily use of a small pour over the full body, the 8 fl oz bottle lasts approximately three to four months.

Room temperature, out of direct sunlight. Bathroom shelf or vanity tray is fine. Avoid leaving in a hot car or near a sunny window. Unopened shelf life is 12 to 24 months depending on the formula; once opened, use within 9 to 18 months.
