Rates, transit times, and how to track an order.

Rates & transit times

Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may see slightly longer transit windows and may not qualify for the $5.99 flat rate on heavier multi-item orders.

Where we ship

Currently the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. International shipping is on the roadmap but not yet available. Sign up for the newsletter for updates.

Tracking your order

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with a tracking number when it ships. If you don't see either, check your spam folder; if it's not there, email hello@burnishandbloom.com with the email address used at checkout.

Address changes

Need to change your shipping address? Email us within four hours of placing the order. After that, the order may have already been handed to the carrier, in which case the address can't be modified. We can usually arrange a return-and-reship.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is marked delivered but missing, check with neighbors and your building's mail area first; carriers sometimes mark "delivered" early. If it doesn't turn up within 48 hours, email us and we'll work with the carrier and reship at no charge.

If a bottle arrives damaged or leaking, send a photo to hello@burnishandbloom.com within 14 days and we'll send a replacement.

Holidays & launches

Handling times may extend during holidays and around new product launches. We'll post notices on the shop and at checkout when expected dispatch is more than two business days.
